Standard Structure
BAC uses high-specification G235 galvanized steel for frames and panels to ensure long service life of the cooling tower.

Drive System

The fan drive system supplies sufficient airflow and discharges heat into the atmosphere. All BAC drive systems are equipped with motors specifically designed for the hot and humid conditions of cooling towers. These motors feature permanently lubricated bearings, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Large Integrated Cold Water Basin

The cold water basin collects water from both the cooling tower and system piping when the unit is shut down, and provides the necessary head for the circulation pump. BAC’s sloped basin design eliminates stagnant zones during operation, reducing microbial growth. The seamless integrated basin prevents debris and microorganisms from accumulating at joints, making cleaning easier.

Multiple-Cell Configuration

Special measures are required to balance basin water levels across multiple units. Without proper balancing, one cell may overflow while another continues to refill, wasting water. BAC offers balance pipe options to ensure proper water level equalization among units.

Water Distribution System

BAC Smart series cooling towers use a gravity-fed distribution system. The patented nozzle layout is customized to the project’s flow rate, ensuring efficient and uniform water distribution.

The BAC Smart series offers two shipping options to meet various installation needs:

• Standard: Fully assembled shipping

• Optional: Knock-down shipping

Cooling tower noise has become an increasingly important design factor. BAC offers a wide range of cost-effective noise reduction solutions to meet various project requirements. Both standard and low-noise fan options comply with national GB noise standards.
